How does it work?
To vote, simply view the entries and vote for your favorite photo between now and April 30. You can vote once per hour.
To submit an entry, simply upload your favorite cat photo! One valid entry per contestant.
Be sure to tell your friends, family and everyone else to vote early, and vote often. The photo with the highest number of votes will be declared our "Local Winner." .
